Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce vibration due to magnetostriction of winding iron cores in corner parts of inner and outer winding iron cores, by bringing these corner parts into close contact at all times.
CONSTITUTION: By inserting inner and outer winding iron cores 1, 2 into coil A, the outer winding iron cores are fitted around inner winding iron cores 1, 2. At this time, corner parts 5 and 6 of both winding iron cores are brought into contact. When winding is done by applying tension to outer winding iron core 3 in the direction of arrow G, both corner parts 5 and 6 press each other in the direction of arrow E, and they are elastically deformed and brought into close contact. Since corner parts 5 and 6 are brought into close contact in this way, viration due to magnetostriction in these parts is reduced.
