Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve high-speed winding of an alignment coil and a superfine wire by a method wherein in a coil winding machine of a main shaft revolving type, a wire guide is moved up and down in synchronization with a crosssection shape of a bobbin or iron core. CONSTITUTION:A cupper wire 3 is first passed through a hole of a wire guide 4 mounted on a tip of a cam lever 9 before wound on a bobbin 5 chucked on a main shaft 8. The back end of the cam lever 9 is bent to be engaged with a cam 6 of which the cross section is similar to that of the bobbin 5. In this configuration, the cam 6 is attached 90 out of the bobbin 5 and rotated in synchronization with the main shaft 8. Thus, the cam lever 9 is swivelled by revolution of the cam 6 to keep the wire guide 4 at the same height as the wind- in position of the bobbin 5, so that dip of the cupper wire 3 does not take place, and high speed winding can be achieved as well because the tension is kept constant.
