Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the unevenness of magnetic path and the electric resistance and to attempt the elevation of characteristic of the motor by a method wherein a conductive layer and an insulating film is provided at the circumference of a core wire consisting of a magnetic material to make a magnet wire, and the wire is wound around to form a coil. CONSTITUTION:The core wire 2 is formed of the magnetic material like iron, etc., and the conductive layer 3 and the insulating film 4 are provided in order at its outer circumference to form the magnet wire 1. The magnet wire 1 is wound around a stator core 5 or 18 to form the stator coil. By this way, when the magnet wire 1 is wound around the stator core 5 providing with slots 6, because flux passes also in the slots 6 so that the uneveness of the magnetic path is eliminated, and when the wire is wound around the stator core 18 providing with no slot, because the magnetic resistance between the air gaps is reduced so that the characteristic of the motor can be elevated.
