CONSTITUTION:An electric field buffer material 8 to be wound on a ground insulating layer 3 of a winding is formed of an electric field buffer layer 9 in which a mold releasing material to be coated on the sheet is dispersed and mixed with conductive powder. Then, the material 8 is wound so that the layer 9 is disposed at the side of a core 1. In this manner, both the mold releasing and the electric field buffering can be performed, thereby enhancing the heat resistant stress and the corona resistant characteristics of the coil.
