Abstract
PURPOSE:To elongate the distance between the surface of a bobbin and an insulating resin layer to prevent water infiltration to an electric generating coil of magnet by a method wherein plural flanges are provided at both ends of an insulating bobbin to be wound with the coil, and spaces between the respective flanges are also covered with the insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:The plural flanges 21, 22 are provided respectively at both ends of the insulating bobbin 10 to be wound with the coil 12. The bobbin 10 is divided into two bobbin constituting bodies 10a, 10b along the axial direction, and after they are assembled being superposed on and engaged with a core 11, the coil 12 is wound. The insulating resin layer 13 is provided extending from the surface of the coil 12 to the middle between the flanges 21, 22. Accordingly because creeping distance from the surface of the insulating resin layer 13 to the coil 12 is elongated, and moreover because the flange part is bending, infiltration of water can be prevented surely.
