Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the winding diameter of a coil as well as the axial dimension of a revolving armature by mold-coating both the axial end surfaces of a laminated yoke and the slot inner walls with synthetic resin and winding coils thereon. CONSTITUTION:This plate yokes 8-1-8-n each formed into a disc shape are formed with slots 8A at approximately equal intervals and arranged on a rotor shaft 7. Then, synthetic resin 20 is injected and solidified continuously extending over the outer end surfaces of the yokes 8-1 and 8-n and the slot inner wall parts. In this case, a boss 20A is monolithically formed at the inner part (bottom) of each slot 8A wherein a synthetic resin is to be injected. Then, a coil having a given number of turns is wound around each coil winding part 8C. Thereby, because the slots and the laminated core end surfaces are monolithically molded, the thickness of an insulating member 20 becomes thinner. Moreover, using only one of the cores in the laminated core permits it to be secured on the shaft. In addition, the bosses 20A permit coils to be orderly wound.
