The inner diameter side insulator 5b to be located at the inner circumferential surface of the iron core 1 and the outer diameter side insulator 5a at the outer circumferential surface have different dimensions and shapes from each other: the outer diameter side insulator 5a is formed larger so that the iron core end surface 6 is not largely exposed. Thereby, a winding can be tightly wound through a slot 2, and can be readily shaped.
