Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the iron core requiring a small exciting current by winding an extremely thin electromagnetic steel plate in 1 line or 2 or more lines in parallel, providing core blocks by arranging magnetic reinforcing materials on both sides of the laminating direction, combining said blocks so as to form an arbitrary cross section, impregnating resin in the whole body, and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:The wound core 11 is constituted by 4 block cores 3-1-3-4. Namely, the magnetic reinforcing material 4-1 is wound around a winding core having a specified size. The electromagnetic steel plate, which has the same width as that of the reinforcing material 4-1 and is made by a superquick cooling method, is wound thereon by specified number of turns. Thus the first block 3-1 is formed. On this block, the second and third blocks 3-2 and 3-3 having the same width as that of the block 3-1 are arranged in paralel by way of the reinforcing material 4-2 whose width is wider than that of the reinforcing material 4-1. These blocks are covered by the reinforcing material 4-3 whose width is the same as that of the reinforcing material 4-2. The fourth block 3-4 having the same width as that of the block 3-1 is placed thereon. Then the block 3-4 is covered by the reinforcing material 4-4, and the entire body is molded by resin. Thus the electromagnetic steel plate which is made by the superquick cooling method and hard to use can be employed.
