Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an iron core having little iron loss and having no beat by a method wherein a middle core consisting of I type cores and being the laminating direction thereof rotated at 90 degrees in the lateral direction to a cut core is interposed in the middle of the cut core consisted of the upper and lower sides two cores, and a pass core is annexed thereto being integrated in one body or being formed separatedly. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon type silicon steel plate is wound tightly and is made to be hardened with an epoxy resin, it is cut at the middle part as attaching possible, and the cut core 1 consisted of an upper half part 1a and a lower half part 1b is obtained. The upper half part 1a and the lower half part 1b of the core 1 are separated placing the prescribed interval, and the middle core 2 is interposed between them. The middle core 2 is formed in a straight line type by the same met hod and is cut at the straight part in I type to obtain a pair of cores 2a, 2b. At this time, the direction of lamination thereof is made to be in the condition being rotated at 90 degrees in the lateral direction to the core 1. Then the pass core 3 being laminated in the upper and lower direction is in serted in the central opening part of a closed magnetic circuit generated by this way protruding both the ends thereof outward, and the primary coil is wound on the upper part and the secondary coil and a saturation coil are wound on the lower part making the pass core as the boundary.
