Abstract

PURPOSE: For decreasing the electrical loss of inner metallic fittings and the number of man-hour for combining coils and magnetic shields, to buttweld a central laminate block and to lap-wled both-side laminate blocks.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetic shield 2 is dividedly formed of three laminate blocks AWC in lamination direction. Of the intermediate one B of said laminate blocks AWC, such a lamination is made by butt-welding an upper magnetic shield 12 on one hand and side magnetic sields 14 and 15 on the other on each other the iron plates 12W15 may take one butting position when piled up. Therefore, a gas g1 is produced therebetween so that said iron plate 12 can be attached after coil insertion. Said both-side laminate blocks A and C are laminated with the butting positions of said iron plates 12W15 changed at each time of the piling-up for the assembly thereof, and lap-welded on each other so that no gap may be produced. Therefore, the magnetic flux leaking through said gap g1 can be absorbed by the magnetic shields of said blocks A and C.
