Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease a rate of inclusion of organic substance under an effective utilization of waste heat by a method wherein an organic substance is preheated to dry under a utilization of waste gas of combustion produced at a pyrolysis process or a waste gas of combustion produced at an energy recovering process. CONSTITUTION:Dust 3 is heated in a dryer 2 by a thermal medium fluid 9 flowed from the waste heat recovery device 6. The dust is pyrolysized in the fluidized bed pyrolysis device 1 and the recovered fuel gas 5 is guided into the energy recovering device 4 so as to generate an electricity. Waste gas 7 such as cheer, and oil etc. and waste gas of combustion 8 produced at the energy recovering device 4 are guided to the waste heat recovering device 6 so as to generate steam. All volume of or a part of the produced steam is fed to a dryer 2 as a thermal medium fluid 9 and utilized as means for pre-drying the dust.
