Abstract
본 발명은 합성수지제조과정에서 발생되는 폐수에 대한 처리시스템에 관한 것으로, 즉, 폐수에 함유된 황산암모늄을 분사건조장치 및 여과집진기로 이루어진 황산암모늄회수공정에서 고형화상태로 분리회수토록함과 소각로에서 피라딘성분을 열분해 방식으로 완전분해하여 배기처리 토록함과 페가스의 잔여열량을 회수하여 별도의 용도로 사용토록 된 것으로 폐수처리와 동시에 비료원료인 황산암모늄을 회수할수 있어 경제적인 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a treatment system for wastewater generated in a synthetic resin manufacturing process, that is, ammonium sulfate contained in the wastewater is recovered in a solid state in an ammonium sulfate recovery process consisting of a spray drying apparatus and a bag filter and incinerator.
