Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Glass pipes 3 and 4 having a blind and an open ends at both ends respectively are overlapped each other, gaps therebetween are evacuated and sealed, and a selective absorptive thin film 6 is formed on the surface of the inside glass 3, which results in a formation of a main double vacuum pipe 5. The open end of the main pipe 5 is covered with a lid 9 having an inlet 7 and an outlet 8 at a location of its diameter. By providing a lead pipe 12 a fluid is lid to the bottom of the main pipe 5 from the inlet 7. 1 is a fluid passage and 17 and 18 are connecting passages.
