Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacturing method and reduce manufacturing cost by sealing a liquid within a container being formed with a plurality of branch pipes, wherein a wick is disposed, from the side circumference of header pipe which is penetrated internally through the heat transmission tube.
CONSTITUTION: A wick and liquid are filled and sealed in the heat exchanger which is formed in such a manner that a plurality of small diameter branch pipes 2 are mutually branched in parallel from the side circumference of large diameter header pipe 1. The header pipe and the branch pipe are formed simultaneously in one continuous body, providing a liquid inlet 5 at one end of the header pipe, providing a heat transmission tube 3 within the header pipe, which penetrates throgh both end plates 6 to pass through overall length of the header pipe, sealing completely both ends of header pipe and the point of branch pipe, and the flat fins 7 being disposed between respective branch pipe to form a heat panel.
