Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a heat panel having a uniform heat transfer capacity by a method wherein a fluid adsorbing pipe communicating with a heat medium circulating passage is provided in the heat panel so that an undesirable incondensable gas generating from a deteriorated heat medium is removed from a circulating system for the evaporation and condensation of the heat medium.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a heat medium pooling section 2 having a heat pipe 3, the inclined heat medium circulating passage 4 and communication passages 5 on a sheet metal 12. The fluid adsorbing pipe 7 is connected to one end portion of one of the communication pipes 5 through a coupling pipe 6. The pipe 7 is made in the form of a bellows so as to adsorb an incondensable gas to a sufficient degree. Further, another sheet metal 11 having a reinforcing plate 13 is overlapped to the sheet metal 12 which has heat insulating material on the rear surface thereof, to thereby provide the heat panel. The heat medium heated within the heat medium pooling section 2 evaporates passes through the passage 4 where it is condensed after the dissipation of its heat and the condensed heat medium returns to the heat medium pooling section 2. The incondensable gas generating from the heat medium is adsorbed by the fluid adsorbing pipe 7.
