CONSTITUTION: Material of high heat conductivity such as a fibrous or ribonlike material is fitted in the heat accumulating tank 1 together with the heat accumulating material 5 so that the heat conductivity within the tank 1 is increased and the heat transfer between a fluid flowing through a pipe 2 and the heat accumulating material 5 is made quickly. Accordingly, the fusion and the solidification of the heat accumulating material 5 are made quickly to thereby improve the responding property of the apparatus.
