Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease heat resistance in a crystal, by a method wherein metal fiber divided into a plurality of pieces, or metal in the form of a coil, or porous metal is put, being piled up, in a container in whcih heat regenerating material is contained.
CONSTITUTION: The metal fiber 3 divided into a plurality of pieces, or metal 3a in the form of a coil, or porous metal is put, being piled up, in a container 1, in which heat regenerating material 2 of small heat conductivity, such as inorganic hydrous salt, is contained. With such an arrangement, the heat conductivity of metal fiber 3 such as copper or stainless steel is larger than that of heat regenerating material 2. Accordingly, heat resistance of a heat regenerator remains in a small value, even through crystals are formed on the inside wall of a container 1, because metal fiber 3 is mixed with the crystals.
