Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease heat resistance at the time of solidification, by a method wherein metal pieces, or metal bodies in the form of a coil, or mixture of those metals are put in heat regenerating material.
CONSTITUTION: The metal pieces, or metal bodies in the form of a coil, or those mixture 3 are dispersedly mixed with heat accumulating material 2 in a container 1. And nucleus formation agent 4 is provided among metal pieces 3 and the like. Heat resistance of a heat accumulator remains in very small value by intervention of metal pieces 3 and the like, if heat regnerating material 2, such as inorganic hydrous salt, of small heat conductivity, forms crystals on the inside wall of a container 1, because metal pieces 3 and the like have larger heat conductivity than that of heat regenerating material 2. In addition, cooling down of a heat regenerator is prevented by a seeds inducing agnet 4, provided among metal pieces 3 and the like. By the agent, crystal formation starts from dispessed points. With such an arrangement, ununiform heat radiation from the heat regenerating material 2 is prevented, as well as heat resistance of the heat regenerating material 2 at the time of solidification is decreased.
