CONSTITUTION: Some irregular blocks or rubble-mounds are piled up in contact with the sea-side wall surface 10 of the concrete wall structure 1 having a high rate of clearance which is constructed substantially parallel with a coastline. In this way, it is possible to save the number of or the volume of concrete or reinforcing bar, etc. and to make an effective fish gathering-place without diminishing various effects or a strength of the offshore bank.
