Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the capability of disassembling and assembling by a method wherein the diameter of bare tubes at the side of the flow path of high temperature exhaust gas is rendered to be larger than that of finned tubes at the side of the flow path of low temperature clean gas in the heat exchanger used incase of recovering waste heat from high temperature exhaust gas containing dust and the like. CONSTITUTION:Heat pipes 1 penetrate a partition tube plate 2 provided at the near center of a casing 7. Each heat pipe 1 consists of the heat absorbing part in the side A of the flow path of high temperature exhaust gas made of the bare tube 3 and the heat radiating part in the side B of the flow path of low temperature clean gas made of the finned tube 4 and the diameter D1 of the bare tube 3 is formed larger than the diameter D2 of the finned tube 4 and working fluid 12 is sealed within the heat pipe 1. Flushing nozzles 13 are provided at the upper part of the side A of the flow path of high temperature exhaust gas in the casing 7. Scrapers are allowed to be provided in place of the flushing nozzles 13.
