Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the heat conducting performance and reliablity of the device by forming flow channels of fluid through regular arrangement in the shape of a honeycomb of heat conducting pipes having hexagonal cross section and provided with fins inside thereof and by filling up heat conducting medium such as metal in the gaps among the heat conducting pipes.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heat conducting pipes 1a and 1b havig the fins 2a and 2b inside the pipes and hexagonal cross section are arranged in parallel to each other and regularly and separately for the flow channels of hot fluid and for the flow channels of cooled fluid so as to form a collected body of the heat conducting pipes in the shape of a honeycomb, while the heat conducting medium such as metal is filled up in the gaps among the heat conducting pipes 1a and 1b. By this constitution, while the heat conducting performance is improved considerably, the shape of the device can be made compact and also the reliability and durability thereof can be enhanced.
