Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a flow path part of high temperature gas from being choked up with the condensible constituent in the high temperature gas and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger by a method wherein heat pipes arranged at the influx side of the flow path part of high temperature gas consist of finned tubes and heat pipes arranged at the efflux side of the flow path part of high temperature gas consist of bare tubes. CONSTITUTION:The flow pathe part 3 of high temperature gas and a flow path part 5 of low temperature gas are formed by arranging a partition tube plate 1 at the near center of a casing 8. High temperature gas ducts 13 and low temperature gas ducts 14 are respectively commnuicated to the flow path parts 3 and 5. A plurality of the heat pipes 2 penetrate said partition tube plate 1 equi- spacedly and both the ends of each heat pipe 2 are insertedly supported by supporting tube plates 10 forming both the side walls of the casing 8. The heat pipes 2 of the flow path part 5 side of low temperature clean gas consist of finned tubes 6 and the heat pipes 2 arranged at the influx side 11 of the flow path part 3 side of high temperature gas consist of the finned tubes 6 and those 2 at its efflux side consist of the bare tubes 4.
