Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of the head caused by the clogging to the ink and the like, by providing the constitution, wherein a driving pressure generating device, which vibrates a vibrating plate constituting one wall of the head, can be feeely attached or detached with respect to the head. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage is applied to driving terminals 7a and 7b at the time the ink jetting is required, a pressure element 4 is bent, the vibrating plate 2 is vibrated through a pressure applying device 8, pressure is generated in a pressure chamber 3, and ink drops are obtained from a nozzle 1. A pressure generating mechanism 11 is provided in a main body 12-1 of the head so that the mechanism 11 can be freely attached or detached. In the case the nozzle is clogged, the flow of ink is stopped, or the like, only the main body 12-1 of the head is replaced, and the pressure generating mechanism can be used again.
