Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the electromagnetic conversion factor, by forming a coil even at the triangle part which cannot be eliminated by the etching of the laminated resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd layer smaller than the 1st layer is formed on the coil pattern 110 of the 1st layer. And the 2nd layer has 3 turns when the 1st layer has 4 turns. In this instant, the center terminal is led out of the 6th-turn coil which is positioned at the middle point, and at the same time the 1-turn 114W which is nearest to the head cap among the coil patterns of the 2nd layer is connected to the half-coil part of the rest 5 turns which is formed with the coil pattern 118 of the 3rd layer and the coil pattern 122 of the 4th layer.
