Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce weight and to miniaturize an inductance element by a method wherein a coil conductor having a minute pattern is formed in a chip of magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 2 is provided on one main face 1A of the first magnetic block 1 of Ni-Zn ferrite as one end 2a of the groove to be extended over the circumferential edge on one side of the main face 1A and as another end 2b to exist at the center of the main face 1A. A groove 7 is provided on one main face 6A of the second magnetic block 6 of Ni-Zn ferrite as one end 7a thereof to be extended over the circumferential edge on the other side of the main face 1A and as another end 7b thereof to position at the center of the main face 6A corresponding to the other end 2b of the groove 2. A connecting conductor 5 of the main face 1A and a connecting conductor 8 of the main face 6A are arranged as to face with each other and are connected. Moreover the coil is formed with the conductor 5 and the conductor 8.
