渦巻状の線条金属膜が同一方向に巻回された一対のイン
ダクタを、前記第２の電極を形成する金属膜が重ならな
い位置にくるようにし、かつ金属膜の設けられたシート
面が相対向するようにして接せしめるとともに、前記第
１の電極を形成する金属膜どうしを接続したことを特徴
