Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically manufacture a moving member of high space factor, by etching a copper-coated laminated plate and electroplating the conductor part of the etched plate to increase the cross-sectional area of the conductor part.
CONSTITUTION: The laminated plate wherein a copper leaf 10 is coated on a substrate film 9 is etched to the form of a coil. The conductor part 11 of the plate is then electroplated so that the cross-sectional area of the conductor part is increased. A resin 12 is filled and fixed in recesses of the etched plate. The plate is then machined. The machied plate is bonded to a moving substrate 2, thereby forming the moving member. Because the cross-sectional area of the conductor part is increased, the space factor is raised. Since no winding process is included, the moving member can be automatically manufactured.
