Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the inductance value at a lead part and to reduce adverse effect on the characteristics of a rotary transformer, by forming a through hole part for leads in the rear surface of a core in a recess shape. CONSTITUTION:A coil shaped conductor 104 is formed on one surface of a ferrite core 101 by means such as plating, evaporation and sputtering. The leads of the coil are guided out to the rear surface of the core by way of through holes, which are formed in the core 101. In this transformer, the through hole part for the leads in the rear surface of said core 101 is formed in a recess shape. For example, a ring shaped groove 103 for the coil is formed in one surface of the ferrite core 101. The conductor 104 is formed in the coil shape in the ring shaped groove 103 by plating. The leads of the coil are led out to the rear surface of the through hole. Two recess parts 102 are formed at the lead-out part of the rear surface of the ferrite core 101 in the direction of the diameter.
