Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize and lighten the inductance element easily while improving reliability and mass-producing capability by forming a coil of the inductance element through thin-film or thick-film technique. CONSTITUTION:The second magnetic substance piece 12 is inserted into a concave section 2 of the first magnetic substance piece 19, and the coil 14 is shaped which surrounds the second magnetic substance piece 12 completely through the cooperation of the second conductor group 13, which is obtained by juxtaposing and coating a plurality of the second beltlike conductors between mutually different end sections at each both end of the first adjacent conductors facing to the magnetic substance piece 12, and the first conductor group 10 formed into the concave section 2 of the first conductor block 1. Both ends of the coil 14 are each coated with conductor layers 15 functioning as the terminals of the coil 14. That is, the inductance element 18 is shaped by the coil formed by the so- called thin-film or thick-film conductor layers without depending upon conductors.
