Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a magnetic path by a small number of flat plate magnetic materials and miniaturize and lighten a device by a method wherein core materials for forming a closed magnetic circuit are surface-contacted with sufficiently large area as compared to the sectional area of the magnetic flux of magnetic path materials, and the closed magnetic circuit is closed. CONSTITUTION:A separating and contacting section is formed to at least one location of a magnetic closed circuit penetrating a coil, and the contacting area is made large sufficiently as compared to the sectional area of the magnetic flux of the magnetic closed circuit. For example, the both sides 2b, 2c of a flat plate-shaped core 2a penetrating a coil 3 wound on a bobbin 4 are bent in the same direction, and an AC wire A coated with an insulating material is held between the core 2a and can be clamped. The bobbin 4 is covered with an insulator 5, and a lead wire of the coil 3 is connected to terminals 6, 6. The noses 2d, 2e of the core are fixed by means of a clasp 7 so that the contacting area is made large sufficiently as compared to the sectinal area of the core 2. Thus, a magnetic path can be made up by one or a small number of flat plate magnetic materials having high permeability, and a device can be miniaturized and lightened.
