Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the space factor, to increase magnetically attractive force and to enable to miniaturize a coil by a method wherein conductive metal foil wiers are disposed in plural parallel rows in the lengthwise direction at least on one face of a lengthy thin insulating sheet, and is wound around in laminated layers form. CONSTITUTION:The conductive metal foil wires 1b of copper, for example, are disposed in plural parallel rows placing the prescribed interval with each other on the surface of the extremely thin insulating sheet 1a consisting of polyester resin, etc. The winding starting parts 1d thereof are continusouly connected to one end parts of lengthwise direction of the lengthy parts 1c as to cross at right angles therewith. The lengthy parts 1c are bent in order at right angles at the winding starting parts 1d to protrude from the space at the center of coil making a coil frame or a core of relay, etc., as the center to form the nearly rectangular pipe type coil. Then the end parts of the respective foil wires 1b on the winding starting parts 1d and the end parts of the respective foil wires 1b on the winding finishing parts 1e are connected in order so as to make magnetic fluxes to be generated by a current to flow in the respective foil wires 1b are to be added one upon another, and the whole of the foil wires 1b are connected in series.
