Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of the winding, and to miniaturize and lighten the transformer by combining two kinds of strand conductors with different thickness in parallel and winding the conductors and forming an insulating film corresponding to potential difference in the axial direction of the winding. CONSTITUTION:Each high-tension coil is formed by alternately arranging the strand conductors 10A, 10B with two kinds of insulating film layer thickness. That is, the high-tension coil A1 is formed in such a manner that the conductor 10A with thick insulating film layer thickness is positioned at the outside and the thin conductor 10B at the inside, and both conductors are combined and wound at the inside diameter side. The high-tension coil A2 is formed in such a manner that the positions of the conductors 10A, 10B are transferred and wound to the outside diameter side. In this case, the conductor 10A is cut, and connected in series with the conductor 10B of the coil A1, and an interleave coil electrically connected is constituted. When the conductors are wound in this manner, insulating film thickness between strand conductor winding orders 1, 12 is the sum of the insulating film layers dA, dB of the conductors 10A, 10B. On the other hand, insulating film thickness between orders 10, 15 can thinly be formed as 2dB.
