Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a high voltage electromagnetic coil by winding several layers of unit coils each formed of winding several insulated wires in a flat shape and covering the outer periphery with an insulating film and laminating the coils in several layers. CONSTITUTION:A unit coil C is formed by flatly winding an insulated wire B formed with the first insulating film (b) on a conductor a several turns (three turns) and covering the outer periphery with the second insulating film (c). The unit coils C1-C6 thus formed are sequentially laminated in 2-stage 3-layer, thereby forming an electromagnetic coil. The gap (d) formed between the wires B of the coil C is filled with fibrous or particulate inorganic insulator.
