Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of multiplex and shunt windings of uniform quality and to improve the capability of mass-production thereof by winding a foliated conductor on a core for the specified number of times. CONSTITUTION:As a conductor for a coil 1, a foliated conductor 2 on which an insulating layer 3 and an adhesive layer 4 are laminated is used. The plural number of coil members 61-6n made up by winding the aforementioned foliated conductor 2 on a core 5 of a specified shape the specified number of times are arranged in such a manner that the winding directions of the conductors of ajoining coils are opposite. One end of the coil member 61 and one end of the adjoining coil, the other end of the coil member 62 and one end of the adjoining coil member 63, and in this way the end portions 61a-6na, 61b-6nb of each of the external and internal peripheral portions of each of the coil members 61-6n are connected together in series with pieces of conductors 7. In this case, the connection of end portions 61a- 6na on the internal peripheral sides of each of the coil members 61-6n is accomplished by forming conductor layers at certain intervals on the core 5, and by winding each of the coil members 61-6n on the aforementioned core 5.
