Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high inductance with a crest-shaped thin structure by bending in U shape a printed substrate having flexibility, forming spiral pattern coils on the flat parts of both side faces and connecting a plurality of pattern coils in series. CONSTITUTION:One terminal 4A is connected to the outer periphery of a coil pattern 3A formed spirally counterclockwise from the outside surface of one flat part 1a toward its center, and guided from its through hole 5A to its opposite side at the center. On the other hand, it is connected to the center of a coil inverter 3B formed spirally on the opposite side face, and its outer peripheral end is connected to the outer periphery of a spiral pattern coil 3c formed on the other flat part 1b of the same rear. The center of the coil 3c is connected to the center of a spiral pattern coil 3D formed on the surface of opposite side via a through hole 5B, and its outer periphery is connected to the other terminal 4B.
