Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the secondary pollution to accompany with dust scattering, to restrict the damage caused by heat on the furnace wall and to improve a processing capability by forming a high temperature fluidized bed for a carbon group inflammable material and an industrial waste above a high temperature fixed furnace bed. CONSTITUTION:A proper quantity of cokes is supplied from a hopper 2b and together with this, a proper quantity of gas is supplied from both admission passages 9a, 9b. Then, cokes are ignited with a burner 5 to form a high temperature fixed furnace bed 13 of cokes at the lower part and a high temperature fluidized bed 14 of cokes at the upper part thereof. When the inner temperature rises to a prescribed temperature, a proper quantity of industrial waste and cokes is continuously or intermittently supplied from hoppers 2a, 2b and the high temperature fixed furnace bed 13 of cokes and the high temperature fluidized bed 14 of industrial waste are continuously formed. Then, the melted processing material is taken out of a picking up outlet 15 and the combustion exhaust gas from exhaust passages 11a, 11b is processed to remove dust through a cyclone 10 and thereafter, heat is recovered by means of a preheater to release the exhaust gas into the air.
