Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the maximum attenuation amount and the stability of an FET by connecting a lead wire connected to a source of a resin sealing FET to a conductor plate for FET installation or by uniting them wherein the base of the conductor plate is exposed.
CONSTITUTION: A lead wire S serving as the source terminal of an FET is connected on a conductor plate 3 through an intermediate plate 4 and the base of the conductor plate 3 is exposed from a resin substance 2. In this composition, the distance between a pellet substrance and a source lead terminal is narrowed to increase the effect of ground. The same effect of ground as that of a metallic case will be obtained if the conductor plate is directly grounded when the conductor plate is mounted on a printed substrate. And the stability and the maximum attenuation amount of a resin sealing flat package type FET at high frequency will remarkably be improved.
