Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate liquified resin handling and to improve workability by a method wherein thermosetting resin is applied on a thin insulating substrate, one side of which is hardened to a preimpregnated condition, adhesion property is left on left on the other side said insulator is used as an inter-layer insulator. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting resin is applied on one side of a thin insulating substrate, hardened by heating and formed into a preimpregnated condition. Then, adhesive thermosetting resin is applied on the other side and formed into an adhesive preimpregnated condition by removing its solvent component. With this insulator as a layer insulator, it adhesive side is adhered to a conductor 3, then it is wound in edgewire winding and the resin is hardened under heat and pressure. As a result, a liquified resin handling can be eliminated, workability is improved and the magnetic coils having a good heat-resisting property can be manufactured at a low cost.
