Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve magnetic and noise properties by increasing core rigidity, a quick drying adhesive is applied to a laminated core, and, after fixation, a heat curable adhesive is coated on the outer surface, then coil is wound and cured in a drying process.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated core 1 consisting of a number of silicon steel plate is temporarily tightened with a proper tightening pressure. Keeping this state, a low- viscosity, quick-drying adhesive b is coated on the outer surface, permitting the adhesive to penetrate into the layers of the core 1, and then fixed. Next, a high viscous heat curable adhesive 2c is applied to the outer surface of the iron core 1, and after the coil 4 is inserted into the core 1, a number of contact woods 5 are hit in the gap between the laminated core 1 and the insulative cylinder 3 at several places, and finally the adhesive 2c is cured in the process of coil 4 drying.
