Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the yield of magnetic heads, by injecting conductive ions into an electric coupling part where contact between layers is made. CONSTITUTION:After a ferromagnetic thin film 2 and signal lead-out conductors 3 and 3 are formed on a substrate 1, photoresist 7 is applied and patterned and after the photoresist at an interlayer contact part 6 between the said conductors 3 and 3 is removed, conductive ions are injected as shown by an arrow delta. After the application, the photoresist 7 is removed.
