Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain the top pressure of a blast furnace constantly and increase the controlling efficiency of the furnace by detecting the actual top pressure, the pressure after using its controlling device and the flow rate of generated gas to perform cascade control.
CONSTITUTION: The actual pressure of blast furnace 3 is detected by top pressure detector 17 and detected signal 18 is entered top pressure regulator 19; the set top pressure and the actual pressure are compared in top pressure regulator 19 and deviation signal 20 is outputted to flow rate regulator 21. Since flow rate regulator 21 has entered pressure signal 23 outputted from pressure detector 22 which is equipped under second dust collector 8 and in the front of the branched portion to generating set 11 and gas flow rate detecting signal 25 outputted from flow rate detector 24, flow rate regulator 21 operates controlling value from these entered value and outputs controlling signal 26 to the valve driving device of second dust collector 8 to control opening/closing of the valve.
