Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent gushing of exhaust gas into the air while keeping the inner pressure of the melting incinerator constantly at the atmospheric pressure, and to prevent the gas explosion within the furnace at the same time while improving the dust collecting effect.
CONSTITUTION: The melting incinerator equipment is equipped with the melting incinerator A with the hot blast gnerator 2 and the positive blower 1, the dust collecting system 13 to eliminate dust in the generated gas, and the pipe system C which is constituted of rice bowl damper 7, the outlet damper 8, and the induction blower 9. The main control system D, which is constituted of the furnace pressure detector 10, the furnace pressure automatic controller 11 which receives the signals from the detector 10, and the driving device 12 which opens or closes the damper 7 according to the output from the controller 11, is provided between the top part of the incinerator A and the dust collecting system, and the device is also equipped with the auxiliary control system E with the driving device 16 to open or close the outlet damper 8 by the output from the opening signal generator 13 combined with the driving device 12.
