Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution of a current Miller circuit composed of a monolithic IC, to improving precision and stability and to increase an operation range for low-power-source-voltage, by using one differential amplifier in common between negative feedback circuits of the 1st and 2nd current Miller circuits. CONSTITUTION:An input current supplied to a terminal 1 is inverted by the current Miller circuit composed of FETs Q11 and Q12, passed through an FETQ15 performing common gate operation, and then inverted by the current Miller circuit composed of FETs Q13 and Q12. The inversion output is outputted from a terminal 2 via an FETQ16 performing common gate operation. Gates of the FETs Q11 and Q12 are connected to the drain of the FETQ11 and the inversion input terminal of an amplifier 6, and the drain of the FETQ12 is connected to the noninversion input terminal of the amplifier 6. The output of the amplifier 6 is supplied to the gate of the FETQ13 and then returned to the noninversion input terminal of the amplifier 6 via the FET15. With simple circuit constitution like this, the precision is improved and the stability is also improved.
