When a differential input is supplied, a difference current between constant current Io and collector current of transistor Q7 of the bias circuit flows to the bases of transistors Q3 and Q4 cascaded, thereby attaining level shift operation. Current absorptive transistors Q5 and Q6 are connected in common at their bases and remaining bases and collectors are connected mutually. The difference current can therefore be obtained from output terminal OUT at the time of the differential input. In this case, the FET whose input impedance can be set high is used for a signal input and the bipolar transistor for a feedback input.
