Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to take out a large current without limiting a transitional current by making the input stage of a symmetrical complementary differential circuit and amplifying the output by a vertical differential circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input differential circuit is a symmetrical differential complementary circuit consisting of first differential circuit 1 having NPN transistors TrQ1 and Q2 and second differential circuit 2 having PNP TrQ3 and Q4. The output is inputted to vertical differential circuits 3 and 4, and differential circuit 3 has TrQ5, where the base input is the positive-phase output of differential circuit 1, and TrQ6 where the input is the anti-phase output of the second differential circuit. Differential circuit 4 has TrQ7, where the input is anti-phase signals of differential circuit 1, and TrQ8 where the input is positive-phase signals of differential circuit 2. A pair of differential output signals is led out from collectors of TrQ7 and Q8 and is applied to power amplifier part 5.
