Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain distortionless outputs which are in-phase and out-of-phase, having a desired extent of amplification to an input signal, by generating two currents having a constant ratio respectively, from the output current which has improved its nonlinear distortion by use of mutually reverse conducting transistors. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is constituted of a current Miller circuit 1 consisting of a PNP transistor (TR) Q1, an NPN TRQ2, and TRs Q3, Q4 or making electric currents I1, I2 of a constant ratio flow into said transistors, so that the nonlinear distortion by the base-emitter voltage of the TRs Q1, Q2 by inputting a signal VIN. Also, a TRQ5 whose base has been connected in common to the TRs Q3, Q4 is provided in the circuit 1, a current I3 having relation of a constant ratio to the current I2 is output, and an in-phase distortionless output V02 is led out to the resistor RL1. Moreover, a TRQ6 whose base has been connected in common to the TRQ4 is provided, and this current I4 is input to a current Miller circuit 2 consisting of TRs Q7, Q8. As a result, a current I5 having relation of a constant ratio to the current I4 is output from the TRQ8, and an out-of-phase distortionless output V01 is led out to the resistor RL4.
