Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a phase inverting circuit where nonlinear distortions due to base-emitter voltages of two transistors cancel mutually, by supplying currents to those transistors at a constant ratio.
CONSTITUTION: Transistor TR Q1 applied with an input signal at its base and TR Q2 of the opposite conduction type supplied with its output at the base are provided. Both the TRs Q1 and Q2 are supplied with currents at a constant ratio from current Miller circuits 1 and 2 to cancel nonlinear distortions due to base- emitter voltages of TRs Q1 and Q2 mutually. Further, currents in constant proportion to those currents flowing through TRs Q1 and Q2 are generated by current Miller circuits 1 and 2, and those generated currents are used to obtain a signal in phase with input signal VIN from terminal V02 and that out of phase with it from terminal V01.
