Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the oscillation due to input parasitic capacitance and the effect of external noise, by providing the self-bias resistance at the source side, in the negative feedback amplifying circuit including the BB type push-pull output circuit consisting of junction type FETs. CONSTITUTION:The output stage circuit consists of the n channel junction type FETQ1 of common gates, p channel junction type FETQ2 and the self-bias resistor RB at the common source side. Further, the drain output of the junction type FETQ3 being one output of the drive stage circuit is fed to the input of the output stage circuit, and the feedback circuit consisting of the resistors Rf1, Rf2 and capacitor C1 is provided between the output PUT and the negative feedback terminal of the initial stage circuit. Thus, the connections at the input side can be simplified by providing the self-bias resistor RB at the source side in the output circuit, allowing to eliminate the oscillation due to the input parasitic capacitance and the effect of external noise.
