Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled stamp material, structure thereof is compact, the rate of void thereof is large and an ink absorbing property thereof is excellent, by a method wherein stamping section formed with the porous powder of a foamed gelator of PVC are thermally fused and attached to a base material, and a plasticizer is extracted by an organic solvent and removed.
