Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of transmission without making a decision on a step-out immediately by providing the method of holding word synchronism even in case that a transmission error occurs in a reception-synchronizing code in transmission of vehicle sensing pulses with the time-division multiplex system. CONSTITUTION:Input information from a vehicle sensor at a transmission part is sampled by parallel-series converting circuit 2 and coded in transmission format and the coded information is sent to circuit 4 after frequency-shift modulation 3. A received signal from circuit 4, on the other hand, is demodulated by demodulator 5 and timing generating circuit 11 corrects a word-synchronous counter; and data right before it are parity-checked at 9 successively and when normal reception is confirmed, word synchronism is established while receivable signal 12 is generated. Then continuous error detecting circuit 13 never makes a decision on a step-out immediately even in case that a transmission error occurs in reception-synchronizing codes and, when parity check signal 18, etc., can not be obtained for more than a certain period, regards that as the step-out, improving the efficiency of transmission.
